SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDER ABOVE 5000 INR WITHIN INDIA
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time.

We have free shipping all over india. the delivery time in 3 weeks or 21 days. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.

PLEASE NOTE:
Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge. Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.

DELIVERY METHOD
Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at dyelogue@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
